Nutshell consults independently or manages specialist teams brought together for specific projects. We often work in partnership with Human Resources consultants, Design companies and other brand specialists.
Within our client companies we work most often with CEOs, business owners and their Human Resources and Marketing Managers. Our work only succeeds when driven from the top down and embraced from the bottom up.
We undertake astute and insightful discovery work to understand the business, the market and the potential for the brand. We then interpret our findings and recommend unique and effective strategy and communication. We assist with implementation on an as-needs basis, in some cases working inside our clients’ companies; in others, acting as coach and sounding board.
